Marinated Baked Pork Chops

 

Ingredients Serves 6

 

1 tbsp soy sauce,

2 tbsp vegetable oil,

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce,

1 tsp lemon juice,

2 tbsp brown sugar,

2 tbsp ketchup,

6 pork chop, trimmed, 3/4" thick

 

 

Directions

  •  

  • Prep 15 min

  • Cook 60 min

  • Ready 75 min

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  • In a small bowl, thoroughly blend soy sauce, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and ketchup.

  • Place pork chops in a medium baking dish and spread with half the sauce.

  • Bake pork chops for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Turn over and spread with remaining sauce. Continue baking for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chops reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
